   l have only lived in Sedgley for 3 years, so am fairly new to this practice, and although 74, thankfully not needed to use it often, however, when l have, l'm amazed at how quickly you get through on the phone, and how soon you are offered an appointment. l know this isn't always the case at some surgeries. l have only had a phone chat with a doctor, she was brilliant. l'm lucky enough to not be on medication, so have a yearly health check with the nurse, yesterday being the one for this year. My last surgery didn't require a blood test before these checks, The Ridgeway do, which l think is essential. The nurses are always efficient, friendly and helpful, as was the one l saw yesterday, lt's obvious to me as a 'newcomer', that this surgery is one of the best. Thankyou to everyone there!
