    Just spoke to reception they were extremely helpful and accurate. I appreciate there very hard work as I notice they are under pressure there but they always try their best and are very successful

    I had an appointment with a new Doctor to the practice. She was thorough with her examination and suggested different options for me to pursue. A lovely lady and I hope I will be able to see her again as she made me feel like I didn’t have anything to worry about.

    I was seen quickly after a call back from reception . Had an appointment on the same morning and was treated very well by the gp who took care to explain what the issues were and made me feel very happy with the result

    I had a heart attack in June. Still yet to have a general health check. I’m also diabetic so I requested a general health check and a diabetic health check plus I have an another medical issue for which I requested a doctors appointment. When I arrived for my appointment I did not get to see a an actual real life doctor but a woman who took my blood pressure only- this doesn’t qualify as either a general health check or a diabetic check so after being a patient for 8 months I am still yet to see a doctor. I was then told that if I wanted to see a doctor that I would have to make an appointment- I can categorically state that I never come across such an inept and poorly run practice. I am now looking at changing surgeries and would strongly urge others to do so. A really poor service and I use the word service grudgingly.

    I called for an appointment for my 2 year old son who had laboured breathing. They fitted me in straight away and our appointment was extremely thorough as they were not happy with his breathing. They sent us to the hospital and called later to check that all was ok. Overall, in spite of long waiting times to get through on the phone, I have always been happy with the service from the receptionists, nurses and doctors, particularly with regard to my children whereby they always go the extra mile.

    Called at 8.15 for an urgent appointment. Was position 13 in the cue. Choose the call back option. 50 min later the reception lady called and advised the doctor would call me at some point in the morning. I received the call at around 12.30 and was seen face to face 15 min later. I am extremely happy with the level of care and service I have received. Reception and Doctors are very friendly, professional (and funny) and are really going the extra mile.Well done Ridgeway Surgery

    This afternoon rang to make an appointment. Was told no 5 in queue. 15 minutes later I was no 4 in queue. What is going on? Suggest Care Quality Commission do some cold calling, rather than announced visits.

    I booked an emergency appointment for my child in the morning. The receptionist was kind and respectful. The doctor was also kind and professional. I appreciate the services of the staff there. Great response and feedback and it was undertaken in a swift manner so thank you!

    I contacted the doctors and after a telephone consultation I was seen in the afternoon and the level of service I received then and in the intervening month has been excellent including a follow up call and further investigations.

    always when I give the order for the baby's prescription, it is missing and says that it is waiting for the doctor to check, although I still have treatment for 3 months on the letter. after waiting in line for half an hour on the phone, he tells you that the doctor will call you and doesn't call back. you have to beg them to help you with something. I am very disappointed
