Our daughter had taken ill with a persistent fever, productive cough, had stopped eating or urinating overnight the receptionist was exceedingly sympathetic and kindly and arranged for a doctor to return a call later that afternoon the doctor saw our daughter in person and examined her thoroughly and supplied a letter for ED noting the reasons for referral given pressures that the practice is undoubtedly under I felt the professionalism and due diligence to be unparalleled and unfailingly supportive additionally daughter has had some prolonged digestive issues and an appointment was also rendered recently and a proper plan of care worked up thankyou additionally to the practice nurse whose care and informative approach when explaining the immunisation schedule was sincerely appreciated also this is a remarkable practice and a godsend if you are the parent of a young child

Came to to practice reception at 9am on 12 July 2023 to get an emergency appointment as got stye in the left eye, lupm is growing inside the empevope, extremelly painful, left side of the face swollen.Been told GP will call between 9am -1pm. Received a voicemail at 12.07 saying please call us back. And then ... Apparently phone lines went down, couldn't been heard properly, Benn hanged up 3 times, called back 7 times... Finally got through at 15.31 and guess what... There is no emergency appointments for today. Such a dreadful terrible appalling*service*...... Once again huge disappointment

Thank you for your feedback. I have checked the phone log for that day, and I can see the GP called you at 12:07 and it went straight to answerphone, you called back at 12:14 and a message was passed to the GP to call you call you again. The GP called you at 12:23 and again it went to answerphone she called again at 12:25 again it diverted to answerphone she repeated the call and you answered but could not hear her she called again at 12:33 and it went to answerphone. When you book an appointment, we ask that you keep your phone free unfortunately you did not, we feel the GP calling you 6 times was adequate. There was a problem with the phones this was a national problem with the phone company but did not last very long and you state you did not call back again for another 2.5 hours. This was something that the pharmacy can deal with if this problem is to arise again. I can see that you have consulted with a GP recently and I hope you were happier with the service.

Having been unfortunate in suffering from a number of long-term health issues, I have used the Regent's Park Practice regularly over the past ten years, and, without exception, every member of staff has always been absolutely amazing. Thank you for your help.

I'd like to thank each and everyone at this lovely surgery always so helpful..nothing is too much for them. I have witnessed some unnecessary behaviour towards the reception team and feel the need to say thank you all for your support you deserve a medal. The deputy manager is exceptional helpful too always looking for options to help patients out. GPS all lovely. Nurse fantastic .

1) I visited my GP surgery for a medical treatment and consultation in October 2022. 2) It was outstanding service due to the medical knowledge and skills of my GP. 3) It was a great experience to have a face to face appointment with my GP.
