Thanks for the exemplary service rendered by your receptionist as she immediately offered best option of dealing with my situation and promptly scheduled an appointment with the doctor that best suited my work situation. I am so happy with the services the health centre is providing with their patients and they give really good support to families.

The Receptionist is always helpful and understand. The care I received was exceptional and I felt cared for and respected every step of the way. Would highly recommend. Great doctor, nurses and gp staff. I trusted him to take good care of me after the first consultation. Thank you everyone

I have called in day before to ask for an appointment because I have a soar throat, vomiting and massive pain in my muscles and bones and this is a repeat issue having bone pain and getting sick to the point am unable to move properly. I spoke to a doctor over the phone that did not prescribe me anything on day that I called as per his advise I need to call back next day if I get worse. Funny enough I got so much worse and called in to book an appointment to come in and be seen. On the phone after speaking to the receptionist today she decided to refuse me an appointment as she decided I was already seen by a doctor so there is no point to give me one today and went in with a counter offer to come be seen on the 28th of march (am writing this on the 14 march) having to beg someone to give you an appointment like you are asking for it for fun or like you have nothing else better to do. And the way they speak to you is horrible and so dehumanising the whole experience with them. Now i have to go sit in A and E because I need help am dehydrated from vomiting in massive pain and not able to talk from my throat and spitting up blood . Thanks you to the receptionist that decided I do not need an appointment.

Doctor did not take long term symptoms of migraine seriously and dismissed every symptom owing to stress. This includes stating server weight gain 18kg weight gain in 4 months. She blamed on age. Asked for migraine investigation since it was debilitating and long term and im Not coping -blamed on stress. I Stated struggling walking up stair and have fatigue and pain and once again said this is all stress. I burst out crying. What was the point of the consult. She said your doctor already wrote this down and book with her again. I never booked it with this doctor in the first place. They changed my appt time without telling me. Very unprofessional

The people there don’t know what to do , starting with GP doctor and finishing with the nurses and personal from reception. I have one week requesting my prescription ( high blood pressure). Still don’t have it al staff don’t care about people needs. The doctor released prescription for wrong medication, the nurses and receptionist just pass the message between them, they ask me to send an email to request prescription sill no reply ….

my experience was OK, I didn't see my preferred g.p because he was unavailable but the g.p i saw treated my needs perfectly with antibiotics once he checked my chest with a stethoscope. I absolutely love this practice but it's a bit frustrating one ailment per one appointment. The receptionist answered the phone Immediately after 1 ring which was fantastic. I'd always give my g.p practice a 9/10 mark for exceptional care.

This has to be by far the worst GP practice in England. The amount of times a person needs to call to get an appointment is ridiculous. The wait times on the phones can easily exceed 1 hour and at times only for the call to be dropped when you are 'caller number 1'. I would never recommend this practice to anyone. I tried to make a telephone appointment and it took me 3 days to make one after a number of attempts and wasting time on hold only to get a call back. I wasn't able to accept the call in time literally missed it by a ring. I rang the GP surgery right back only to be 'caller number 8' and being on hold for 40 mins with the call dropping. Is it too much to expect the doctor to call back 1 more time? If this was an elderly person who managed to get an appointment but missed the call would they not care to try 1 more time? This is absolutely poor service and even poorer care for patients. When I rang the GP this morning again for the 4th day in a row the reception simply said we don't have any appointments. I requested that a message be sent to the doctor who rang me yesterday and I also told her my whole dilemma of trying to get this appointment and my time invested only to be simply told 'no can't send a message you have to make a whole new appointment.' I would appreciate an action be taken with this practice as this is not fair.

I must say that this visit to the practice was unbelievably good based on my past experiences. When you call the reception staff answers the calls immediately, makes every effort to understand you and book appointments with doctors. The doctor forgot to add a test in the blood test and when I spoke to the receptionist, she arranged to speak to the doctors and got that test added on the list of other test. The staff treats you with respect and dignity. Thank you for taking previous feedback on board and making the practice more approachable. Great staff at the reception desk.
