I have had an exceptionally positive experience with this GP surgery. The staff demonstrates utmost kindness and helpfulness. I was struggling with a very bad viral infection and the GP showed me care and respect. The doctor exhibited exceptional medical expertise and listened attentively to my concerns. She treats patients with respect and compassion.

I have been with College Road Surgery for just over a year now. I have had some really and advice from the GPs and nurses. The reception staff are very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice to family and friends.

I had issue with getting my covid pass. The practice manager was very helpful and set my account up for me. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Treated with extreme kindness by reception staff and felt very happy with my Doctor and Nurse appointment. Everything clearly explained. Thank you.

Consultant at hospital strongly suggested an appointment with gp for next morning but as usual no appointments available even when told symptoms was told to to go to a&e I was there the night before and again they said speak to your gp asap. I rang at 9 am they always change their emergency contact times in mornings sometimes it's 8.30 sometimes 9am. They just don't provide a gp service for their patients they are never there when a patient needs them and yet they claim the NHS is in crisis sending everyone to a&e. Very disappointed time and time again.

I have to say that I am really happy to be registered at this practice. It is a small practice which is run exceptionally well. Reception staff are very friendly and welcoming and always offer to book me appointment quick. Where as my previous practice I had to wait at least 5 weeks for a routine appointment, I can now get one here the following week. I have been registered here for 6 months and I now know all the reception staff who always go the extra mile and give excellent patient care. The only issue I find is parking at the practice as sometimes there is no where to park and I find myself parking at the retail park and walking across to the practice.
