    After seeing an emergency doctor on bank holiday Monday and being given antibiotics for a kidney infection, i was advised by the Dr that if i didnt feel better within a couple of days to contact surgery . Urine sample came back i was on correct antibiotics. By Thurdays still feeling unwell with fever so did an e consult……. What a waste of time, fobbed off and told to just finish the course and wait and see. Sunday evening i went to A & E with pain and found to have 2 kidney stones blocking my urethras backing up urine in my kidney and causing infection, i was admitted given IV fluids and antibiotics. Every person I told that i contacted surgery after 4 days on correct antibiotics all said the same thing, you should have been seen ……… good job i went to hospital….. this surgery its impossible to see or speak to a doctor. I now have a swollen kidney and waiting more treatment………. I have no faith in this surgery now

    There is a member of staff in charge of the reception at this practice that is so unbelievably rude & uncaring it makes you feel like someone is on a wind up. My experience was so bad, That instead of spending money on having the operation done privately, like I was told when I politely asked the lady how long does the process roughly take, I'm spending the money on a solicitor & taking up the case with the British medical Council.

    GPs are great but some of the admin department can't do their job and want to charge for proof of medical conditions.

    Following on from issues I’ve had at home I have been hugely lucky to have fallen under the care of the doctor that I have. I did the online consultation which got me a phone call a few days later, we quickly organised blood tests and have since had a follow up appointment. I have been advised lifestyle changes, been referred to specialist therapy and have a prescription ordered for me. I am fully aware of the stresses people can be under in healthcare so it meant a lot to me to be able to speak to a professional for a good time and I am starting to feel confident I’m doing the right thing to get back on track!

    I m so fed up been with this surgery for 30 yrs and now it’s impossible to see a doctor, i ve just submitted my 4th e consult in about 2 weeks it’s ridiculous, heavy bleeding but continuously fobbed off, i m at my wits end but no one at this surgery seems to want to help no wonder peoole are turning ho in a & e

    This doctor surgery is excellent. The service my children and I received has been 5 star. This morning I did an econsultant for my 10 year old. 5-10 minutes later I received a text to say book an appointment. I phoned up and was booked in for this afternoon. The nurse we saw was really really lovely. She went above and beyond to help my daughter who’s been suffering with tummy pain. Also when ever I ring and ask to speak to the diabetic nurse, I get told she will ring you back some point today, an hour later she’s ringing. I can’t fault this surgery one bit. Keep on being excellent because we really appreciate your service.

    Both the staff member I spoke to on the 'phone and the nurse who visited my elderly mother were very professional, helpful, friendly and kind. Telephone was answered within a short period of time. Nurse attended within an hour of my initial call. Great service. Well done Peartree Practice. Thank you.
