Great to have text, had first call with a trainee, went really well, then the Dr, also went really well. Visit to see the physio and this was a great experience. All was really good, thank you

Had an appointment yesterday regarding my blood pressure, also about my earing problem, all my questions were answered and the Dr took the time to explain what was happening. Left the practice feeling more at ease.

Gp listen to concerns and acted accordingly GP polite and showed empathy towards my concerns. Gp reassured myself about any concerns I had Reception staff friendly and are always very obliging. Will go tge extra mile where possible Over all a positive experience

Helpful kind staff go above and beyond to help you and the family. Services you need all under one place. Blood tests, check up for asthma, diabetes, appointment's easily made using the app and very helpful reception staff

I had a GP appointment and the doctor I saw really listened and understood. She was so friendly, caring and professional. In over 10 years with this practice I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience. The receptionists are great too

Got appointment on the app first time doing it. I saw an associate who was really helpful and explained everything. A doctor then came to help with the medication. Very helpful and kind. Couldn't of had better help and reassurance

Very hard to get an actual appointment, one receptionist is quite abrupt but the doctors are fantastic and caring

We use an online triage system now, and this has received a lot of positive feedback. If you pop in to the surgery, our reception team will be happy to show you how to submit an online request if needed. If for any reason you are unable to use the internet to do this, the team will be happy to complete a triage request on your behalf whenever you need an appointment.
