During my visit to Orchard Surgery in March 2024, I was once again impressed by the exceptional service provided by the reception staff. Their kindness, courtesy, and genuine care were evident from the moment I walked in. Despite the busy schedule, they took the time to address my concerns with utmost professionalism. Their willingness to go above and beyond to assist me reaffirmed my trust in their dedication. As they called me by name, I felt a sense of familiarity and warmth that truly made me feel valued as a patient. However, it was disheartening to witness some patients being rude to the reception staff during my visit. Such behaviour is uncalled for and detracts from the outstanding service they provide. It's crucial to acknowledge and appreciate their hard work, treating them with the respect and kindness they deserve.

I've been a patient at The Orchard Surgery in Lancing for over 12 years and have had nothing but excellent service from all the staff there. Even when very busy and under pressure all the staff have been very professional and very understanding. I'll say it has to be the best health centre I've had the privilege of using. Well done to the entire team and can't thank you enough for looking after me.

The Nurse who usually takes my blood is exceptionally good, I forget it has been done whereas when I last went to the hospital it hurt for 3 days. The Reception staff are always polite, helpful and cheerful and try to do what they can to help. Considering the difficult circumstances people are working under I have been impressed with the service I have received"

Had a blood test this morning. The nurse got it 1st time which never happens! Chatty even though it was early and clinic was running 10 mins late (which is more than acceptable to me). Thank you.

I had a blood test at the surgery with the nurse on the 11th May. I've been blood doning for 3 decades and had a few blood tests - this nurse goes to the top of the leader board. I didn't even feel the needle go in! Fantastic!

I`m 55 years old and do not need the doctors very often, i phoned the doctors on Friday was put in a queue for 45 mins, once i got to speak to a person i was told there was no doctors appointments left, i explained what was wrong with me and got this response, if your that worried then go to A&E or phone back on Tuesday. I would just like to say thank you for attitude toward me on the phone and for your non helpfully advice, which by the way did not need me going to A&E
