I contacted the surgery online and was phoned back by a doctor before lunch on the same day. This is typical of my experience with the practice (although they don't guarantee this response rate), and so far I've found them very responsive with a high standard of care.

I am forever grateful to my GP who has been extremely helpful in my diagnosis & moving forward with a plan to help me. She has kept communication open & she is easy to talk to. She is very empathetic & genuinely cares about her patients. This GP practice goes above with all help needed. I would fully recommend this surgery& would like to say thank you to all staff for all that you do.
