I attended a GP appointment today where I had several overlapping issues that I needed clarification with. The new GP I saw was very attentive and took a full detailed history of all the areas concerned. She was able to reassure and clarify information for me on some points and the discussed a clear plan of action for the other areas that needed to be addressed. She then rang me later in the day to confirm some of these items and instructions of when I should get back to her depending on the outcome of her actions. I felt very reassured and that I had been listened to.A very positive outcome.

Receptionist that dealt with me was accommodating, polite, friendly and very professional also went beyond her duties to help me. Felt the experience overwhelming being a new mother and she made it smooth and easy. Once again thank you

Receptionist not only professional and knowledgeable but also kind and compassionate. Really helpful when I called to ask for guidance on medication issues for my 90 year old mother.

I have been registered here since we moved to the area in 2010. I have never received anything but a good professional prompt and caring service from everyone ranging from the reception staff to the nurses and doctors . My children are always seen if needed and I m grateful to be such a good practice where excellent clinical care provided by all the doctors i have had and the nursing staff i have come across! Thank you

I have been with this practice for around forty years and have always received excellent support and advice. This continues to the present day. It is a very efficiently run practice which has improved with the automatic sending of prescriptions to a nearby chemist. The treatments suggested are based upon expert knowledge and consideration for the patient who is treated with respect and care. I always feel I am in safe hands when using this surgery and am always able to be seen by the particular GP I wish to see who is extremely skilful and compassionate.Thank you.

I used to dread coming to this place as I always found the reception staff a bit challenging to say the least, but this has changed recently. I have been in October and called in November and there is a new lady, and she is so helpful. I had a couple of queries she answered my questions professionally and politely and I have a tendency to rattle on and she was very patient and informative. Glad things are on the up finally.

The GPs here are very good but the service linked to the surgery is very poor. Reception seems to be constantly understaffed and simple things like not having an email that I can find on the website are extremely annoying. If you have the patience of a saint this is a good GP surgery but I think there are lots of points that can be improved

I am sorry that you have felt the need to complain. I agree that our reception team has been understaffed, something we have endeavoured to remedy over the last few months. I trust that you will see an improvement when you next need to access services from the practice.
