I am very satisfied with the service at Nayar Practice. I have no troubles booking quick appointments and the availability is brilliant compared to other practices. The staff genuinely cares about the patients and always give their best despite the issues with the NHS. I highly recommend this practice for anyone in Edlington area.

Rang at 8.05 8 in queue 90 mins later now no 2 Why does it take so long to answer the 7 calls before me Obviously the system is not working or the staff aren't Appalling service

Not a good experience with this practice at all. Main receptionist is rude and has an attitude and isn't helpful. Asked for a complaints form, Receptionist refused to give me one with out me detaining why I needed it. Can't complain are report problems as the receptionists refuses to hand over the forms. Leanthy 1 to 2 hour wait to get threw to the sergery to book at appointment. Once you do get threw, it's a 45 minute wait to check in, then the receptionist accuses you of being late. It's just all round gone a little down hill. I think it may be time to change my GP practice, as when I have to ring the receptionist it gives me anexity with the attitude they I receive. Overall the doctors and nurses are lovely people and very good at there jobs.
