    Have made three phone calls to the mission. The second two occasions was informed a pharmacist would call…The first time I was informed I was too early as the review date had not arrived… I actually do not understand why I need a review. I am under the supervision of a hospital dept with lifelong regular 6 monthly or annual check ups. All documentation is available at The Mission Practice. However: 2 hours of admin time on the phone in total on my side so far and on this third ‘successful’ call today after a thirty minute on the phone hold.. I had that third conversation with a patient assistant. Your online patient contact system is now blocked so you will be receiving this tomorrow (Wednesday -perhaps if. It is not blocked again) I was actually given a day and time for seven days ahead..next Tuesday when the pharmacist would call me… That option of a day and time was not offered in the second call, only a verbal assurance that the pharmacist would call. They didn’t, which is why I had to make the third call. (Two hours of my time and counting) The patient assistant on the line informed me in this third call that I needed a review… So clearly no documentation was made in any record of the prior two phone conversations? And no pharmacist was ever going to call?? The whole topic of each conversation with your patient advisors/assistants was a review; the first phone call made a month before the review was due, the second one on the day the review was due and finally today. On each occasion this was presented to me by the patient assistant as if that was a new piece of information that required an action.. By the as yet non existent pharmacist call..

    Registered eight years ago, and they are always great. Reception is efficient, friendly & helpful. Today I saw the nurse for a routine health check, which included blood tests. My veins are faint yet, she had no trouble taking bloods and it did not hurt. Highly recommended.

    I have been bowled over by the care I have received at The Mission Practice. I joined the practice a short while ago after moving to the area, and on the two occasions I have since needed to see a GP I have been seen extremely quickly. The doctors I have seen have been kind, patient, and extremely thorough. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied and that my questions are answered. I appreciate e-consult forms aren't for everyone, but I found them extremely easy to use and was contacted by the practice promptly and offered appointments really quickly. I've previously been with a number of GPs across the country, and have never before known such an impressive level of care, or such kind and attentive doctors and staff. I feel very lucky, and wish everyone could have access to such fantastic healthcare. Long live the NHS!

    Long line to even for them to receive the phone, can’t get any appointments at all and they say to do e-consults but they don’t even keep the consults open the whole day or anything. They don’t even prioritise the youngest kids or babies which I found ridiculous and the fact they are just so poorly run, so close to leaving the surgery as there is only one good doctor and that’s it
