Poor management and unacceptable service. Wife was expecting first baby and had bleeding. Called 111 and doctor sent a referral request to gp surgery. Gp referral should have been made to local hospital, however they cocked up and did not send the referral. We had to go in and collect the referral letter several days later as the bleeding continued. We then went to Ealing urgent care with the referral letter, only to wait for 4 hours and the doctor to tell us that we should have taken the referral letter straight to maternity unit. This was once again not communicated to us by the gp surgery. Complete lack of accountability and comms. We then went for our first antenatal appointment and the gp surgery could not be found on NHS spine by the receptionist at Hillingdon hospital. The surgery have not therefore updated their records making it impossible to find the correct details at the hospital, further delaying our appointment. Will move from this surgery ASAP and will not recommend.
