    I have seen the same GP over the last 3 weeks for 2 appointments-she was caring, professional and had excellent communication. I had a follow up phone call with another staff member who again was professional, friendly, helpful and genuinely caring. The reception team were helpful, friendly and followed up with everything they said they would-thank you. What a wonderful surgery-Thank you so much for all your help it is so appreciated.

    Just phoned this surgery to ask if they are taking on new patients as I do live in the area Southport and was told no as there only taking on new patients from outside the area like Manchester , whose going to travel from Manchester to Southport to see a doctor ? I think they just don't want to take on new patients .

    Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately there appears to have been a misunderstanding in communication. We do accept patients who reside within the practice boundary area, and we don't accept out of area patients. If you want to register at the practice and reside within the practice boundary (this can be viewed on our practice website), you can collect a new registration form from the practice or download it from the practice website.
