I consider myself most fortunate to be a patient in this practice. The GPs are exceptionally brilliant, very knowing, very wise The staff, practice nurses and receptionists are all so kind and helpful. i travel from outside the area to attend this practice and I am grateful to be on their patient list. One of the Gps whom I see is away at present and as I informed the receptionist when I phoned for my prescription, I would, if it was possible, request that he moves in to the surgery and not leave the building. He is the most amazing Gp I have ever come across. I would put my life into his hands. Thank you for being there.

I needed an addition to my prescription and on visiting the surgery on Monday 26/06/23 after a phone call, I was greeted by the covering receptionist from Harlesden. The young lady was very helpful in answering my queries and assisted me with such professionalism I had to address the negative reviews. I'm not allowed to name the individual but she'll know when she covered the reception in Wembley. Please accept my heartfelt thanks for your help.

The reception staff are friendly, helpful and well organised, the nurse does very quick and efficient blood draws and our doctor is very understanding.

One of my best decisions in life was to register with this GP Practice. The Surgery is situated in a very pleasant house building, and from the minute I entered the Reception area , I was struck by the calm environment. The Receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful and respectful. From the minute I entered the GP room I could feel the stress leaving my body. He is beyond exceptional in his professional role. He is a Senior Partner in the practice and he treated me in a very caring and kindly manner, and removed all my anxieties and fears regarding my health issues immediately and talked to me in a very clear and simple manner regarding my ailments which allowed me to understand what the problem was, which turned out to be nothing to worry about. A huge weight dropped off my mind and his manner of communicating and dealing with the situation was medicine in itself. I left there feeling very humbled and grateful to have such an amazing GP and a lovely environment and I felt like a human being again instead of being a statistic in the Medical Profession. I travelled outside my zone specifically to attend this surgery and to have my appointment dealt with by what I deem to be one of the best GPs in London. Not only did he allay my worries and concerns regarding my ailments which turned out to be trivial, he boosted my mental health well being and I returned home feeling very positive and ready to embrace the day. Thank you GP and Receptionist.

I had an appointment with the Care Assistant of this practice to give a blood sample. Im generally squeamish about blood and dislike having needles inserted into my body. The Care Assistant was truly amazing, she was friendly and chatty and also very professional in her role.. She diverted me by chatting as she took the blood sample and the blood sample had been taken before I realised it. Thank you Care Assistant

I have been seeing one doctor here for a few years now and he's always treated me with respect and tried to advise me with treatment that always has my best interest at heart. I have also had experiences of blood tests/general admin with other staff and have never had a negative experience with other staff. Another GP here has been prompt aswell and so kind. As NHS services are increasingly under pressure and the surgery is always busy, I recommend e-consolt forms, a doctor will get back to you same day.

Your Review: Waited 90 mins on hold to talk to reception as the surgery was receiving a large number of call and was in a queue, 90 mins worth of calls, I think not. The surgery has gone downhill since "the good Doctors left", now they have 1 receptionist there only. I did notice that when patients were leaving the surgery to go to another there were appointments aplenty when ever you wanted, now they are back to their old ways as patients are not leaving. I have a Doctor call back in 1 and a half months time to discuss my test results. Really! I'm Diabetic, a Heart patient.

Always available when you need appointment I would recommend to other people and Gp never let me down thanks to law medical group
