Had to go to jr Friday 12/01/24 because I never got a phone call from doctor ( think receptionist never put it on the system ? ) and asking why you want a phone call ? Should never ask !!!would like to see practice manager ?

Recently joined practice following home move. All the staff have gone out of their way to be helpful. Additional access to alternative surgery is really helpful. Thank you to all staff.

Key medical practice has gone downhill over the last few years, impossible to get an appointment with a GP for 2-3weeks unless it’s urgent, reception never answer the phone, goes on answerphone and tells you you’re say 5th in queue, you hang on for 5minutes then line goes dead, still offering telephone consultation as first option, but this may entail a 2-3 day wait unless urgent, severe shortage of doctors and some are locums, practice seems to have amalgamated with Yarnton and Woodstock surgeries, impossible to see your named doctor.

Phoned up today. Had a telephone call with the doctor shortly after. Then had an appointment that same day with the doctor. Thank you so much for seeing me the same day. Very impressed with the quick and helpful appointment. Thank you so much.

I wanted to self-refer for a physio MSK form. I arrived at the practice to complete the form. The receptionist said she had no forms to hand, and I was told to go over the road to the other building (part of the same practice) to collect a form and hand it in there as well. But when I got there, they handed me to the form and receptionist insisted it needed handed in back at the original building. I go over to the original building to hand the form in. The receptionist apologises and says the form should've been handed in at the other building, but she would keep the form anyway and hand it in. Its been three weeks and I haven't heard anything. I'm starting to wonder was my form lost, or thrown in the bin?? I'm in pain, struggling to sleep due to it and had this pain for 5 months now. I'm reluctant to go into my medical practice due to not wanting to waste their valuable time but also feel like its a waste of mine as I won't get seen. Very demotivating. Very disappointed as they don't seem to know what they are doing.

In the past two years every time we've needed help they've been amazing, very little wait to get what we need and the staff have always been kind as well as helpful. Thank you so much 🥰

took a n age to get through. but once I did the doctors (you never see the same) where excellent. I can only speak as I find and use. even phone call backs were good explain they listen. if they feel they need to see they tell you. just be honest end truthful. they will do the rest.
