I have been with this surgery for over 7yrs. I recommend to my friends & neighbours. The receptionist are wonderful, they actually listen to you and help in anyway they can. The doctors & nurses are also fabulous. I always get the advice & treatment that I need & feel I have been treated with respect. Well done hollies surgery.

The surgery are really good with appointments for children, I never have any problem getting mine in for an appointment or injections same day. I've even had it where I've called later in the day (not at 8.00am) and been able to get a telephone appointment at the end of the day. The doctors are great with children and, where necessary, have been quick to make any referrals needed. I highly recommend the Hollies to local families.

i have had a long term health problem and have been fortunate over the last few months to be treated by a fantastically helpful, caring and considerate nurse at this surgery i am not allowed to name her due to site rules she is not a permanent member of staff but she is a fantastic asset to this surgery she treated me on numerous occasions and never once looked at the clock, and she would seek expertise from outside the surgery to find the best treatment for me if required, she is very professional , kind , caring and i can not praise her to much, the reception staff would always try to get me an appointment with her where ever possible i can only add that i no longer require treatment , what better testament can i give

I called the GP surgery this morning nearly at 9am with little hope to get an appointment. To my surprise I got one for today at 12 in one f their outsourced surgeries where I was seen on time. I know that this private GP clinic will charge the NHS or my GP practice hefty price but at least the surgery is dealing with the demand for face to face appointment.

Phoned to get a doctor's appointment this morning, very pleasant receptionist said they could do 3-45 that afternoon. Cest x-ray arranged later that day also appointment for a blood test . Incredible quick and efficient .

Always 30 40 min wait for calls to be answered. Never enough appointments, more waits and when you get an appointment. Only one issue at a time, so more waits the longest process ever. No patient allowed to go book appointment tat surgery desk either. Dr's and nurses are good. Once you see one.

I would like to leave praise and thank you for such a lovely lady on enquiry telephone. Not only was I put at ease, I had a very positive action in that I received a call back from the GP very promptly due this this ladies intervention and caring. All the staff at Hollies are professional and pleasant and in the climate of today I for one can’t thank them all enough. Well done 👍🏻😀
