   Multiples issues with this surgery, it is totally disorganised, a surgery that is main hub for the community of Corringham. The telephone is left answered, the surgery has been closed several times, earlier then the closing times stated, which is frustrating when you just need to pick a prescription or form up outside working hours, yet it’s closed at half 5 - 6 o’clock. The appointments that are made, I’ve travelled to the appt on foot to be told that they have cancelled the appt without notifying me. The prescriptions never arrive on time at the pharmacy and I am regularly chasing them at the surgery, that is if you can get thru on the telephone. This surgery is part of another surgery at East Tilbury location which is regularly confusing either the prescriptions or the appts, I’ve had to travel to East Tilbury on behalf of family members to get to speak to someone or pick up a prescription, this would be impossible for someone who doesn’t drive or is poorly health to action, how this surgery can be trusted and be responsible to keep your medical records is a concern. These experiences are not a one-offs, they are regular occurrences, for well over a year, this surgery needs a serious overhaul in management.
