I have only been with this surgery for nearly a year, in thatvtime, I have received, great support from the GP's I have seen, the admin staff are always pleasant and helpful, and have the time to discuss your needs thoroughly. The Nurses I saw today were very lovely, put me at ease, and spent time explaining my procedure. I would advise anyone to join this surgery, for all of the above reasons, and the care is 2nd to none.

By giving patients a choice to contact us online through our dedicated portal, which accepts queries 24 hrs a day, it enables our administrative team to spend more time on calls to those who most need it or have complex queries. We are so pleased that you did not feel rushed and found the team amenable when you have contacted the practice. We are delighted that our nursing team provided you with such good care today - We do think that they are amazing too! Wonderful in house Pharmacy Excellent service Very understanding and professional Staff take time to explain medication and check the smallest detail ie/ body weight compared strength of medication very impressive

I’ve been with the Hall practice since just before covid. I have been absolutely stunned by their speed of service and efficiency. I’m time poor so really appreciate this aspect. One needs to be happy with their online booking system but provided that is OK then they are brilliant. Nice people (rarely the same doctor but that is normal these days), lots of info available online, phone consultations if preferred. Thank you!

My wife and I moved to the area in May and as a very high maintenance patient with a number of age related needs (and lots of expensive medications) I was more than agreeably surprised that the Practice accepted me as a patient. Since then I have not disappointed the surgery with a wide variety of serious ailments presented to them to deal with. The entire staff from junior clerical staff, nurse practicioners and junior and senior doctors have been brilliant. They have listened attentively and intelligently to my problem and then supplied the requisite solution or resolution to the problem. Even packing me off to Stoke Mandeville on an urgent basis with what was highly likely to be a life changing set of symptoms on one occasion. Another plus is regular phone calls to me from a nurse practiconer/pharmacist to assess how current medications are working and supported assistance to reduce dosages toward total removal of pain reliefmedications. The Hall Practice and all its staff, should in my view, feel very proud of what the are achieving in The Chalfonts and I unhesitatingly recommend them. Mike Anderson

The experience both my mother and I have had since the pandemic relate to the preventative treatment given to diabetic, high blood pressure and cancer survivors. The care we have received from the pharmacists the specialist nurses and the entire team has been nothing short of brilliant . We are most grateful. At a time when so much negativity about the NHS is out there we feel it is vitally important to acknowledge the brilliant care we have been receiving at this practice .Thank you

I am currently undergoing treatment for shingles which started last Friday when I requested an appointment and got one that afternoon. I was diagnosed and treatment prescribed quickly by a Dr , I subsequently requested addition pain killers and was contacted the same day by a paramedic and was able to collect that prescription the same day. I needed further examination and requested an appointment yesterday morning and again was seen the same day by staff who were truly excellent in dealing with me. Their knowledge, explanations and general caring demeanour was a pleasure to witness. Please express my gratitude to both of them for their help. Indeed I wish to express my gratitude to the practice for the excellent service I have received so far as a result of my current ailment.

I needed a non-emergency appointment with my GP. I work in London but live locally. No problem, Saturday appointment. I was seen on time, listened to and received great advice. It was super efficient and I was moved into the next stage of my diagnosis process within minutes by a highly empathetic and efficient doctor. Superb and caring frontline service.

I emailed at 7.30am, had a triage call back by 9.30am, and had been seen face to face and given appropriate treatment by a kind and knowledgeable Doctor by midday. Given the current immense demand for GP services, I consider this an extremely good service. Well done to the Hall Practice Team.

Another year of excellent organisation and efficiency. All the staff we met, who were working on a Sunday, were professional and kind....including the man controlling the car park. This Practice provides a gold standard service that must be recognised, appreciated and preserved.
