    The system for checking in is brilliant, staff All polite and run on time or let you know When you checking if there is a delay. While you’re waiting you can take your own blood pressure and weight should you choose. In my experience, all the staff in the Practice are helpful, and receptionists on the phone listen very well. I feel privileged to be a patient at this practice

    I can summarise my whole experience, from stepping in and ou, as excellent. Everyone very professional, friendly and kind. Got what I was looking for and received feedback via mobile telephone message. All fast and efficiently.

    Access to appointments difficult and 3 week wait for a routine blood test leading to disrupted care pathway and unnecessary extra communications. Actual care was sound and staff professional and effective

    Thank you for your feedback. We have struggled recently with excess demand for blood tests, recruitment and staff sickness. We have however, put on extra phlebotomy clinics now that we we have recruited and the team is back from sick leave. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.     I have always had a really good experience when visiting the Family Practise. Everyone the receptionists, nurses and doctors are really friendly helpfull and very considerate. My treatment from the practise nurses who have been dealing with my leg dressing this past few weeks has been exceptional. They are all fantastic, very kind and professional.

    My GP called me to organise a blood test after seeing a previous high result a few years ago. I was impressed that they took time and followed this up. As I'm younger they recognised the possible risk, started medication promptly and referred me on to the hospital. The follow up and the time taken made me feel listened to and cared for.     I don't visit the GP often. When I need to book an appointment there is an answering system that asks the caller to choose from three options, the first one is the reception option. On pressing this option it takes you straight back to the options again and again on a loop. I decided to drive to the GP and then I had to wait for a call back later, that day so the drive there was almost pointless other than to book an appointment which should be possible to book via a telephone call. When I asked about the poor phone system I was told " It's not our fault, there is only one person answering the phones" a bit defensive so I assume there had been other complaints. This poor booking system has been the same for months. So I asked to see a practise manager and was asked why, I said I wanted to discuss the poor phone system. I was told, "well you'll have a long wait! Brilliant. So I told the staff member "I'll wait in the waiting area until someone is available. Not much in the way of customer satisfaction! I have been thinking of transferring to another, more compassionate and understanding GP and think my decision has now been swayed though, speaking to other, hardworking tax payers, there is little customer service left, replaced by, "Fend for yourselves". My complaint was ventually taken calmly but the staff member admitted the system doesn't work! The Locum GP was very good but all a bit demoralising at a time of ill health!

    I was offered a face to face appointment within a few days of calling the practice. The gp listened really well, gave good advice, examined me and put me through for a test and scan to determine the issue. Thorough and reassuring- great practice many thanks.

    I have been very promptly supplied with antibiotics when I requested them and have been given both face to face appointments and helpful phonecalls about my condition.
