I saw a locum recently about an ongoing problem. He was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Gave me lots of advice and necessary medication to use. Would see him again without doubt.

Worst. I left a review last week and no reply. I checked other reviews, no reply. I wonder who reads them, who replies and who acts on them. Oh by the way, the one I wrote has gone missing. Its not on the list anymore. Ridiculous.

Worst ever service. It is impossible to call them if you get through with some luck, you can't get an appointment. I have asked for my son's repeat prescription, and every time I called they said it is ready and you can collect it from my local Pharmacy. Pharmacy they haven't received anything in the end I have given up, Changing my Surgery now.

The Nurse was very pleasant and explained everything. Showed me the box to show me the expiry date. Asked me if I was allergic to the tape being used.

I phone the surgery this morning and was left on hold 22 minutes, receiving no apology for their delay in answering. The reason for my call was to query about 3 items I had ordered from my repeat prescription last week as I was yet to recieve anything. In response to my query the receptionist replied that they have not recieved a signed prescription from the surgery and that it will be done by this evening. This would usually be acceptable however, due to the delay in having my prescription signed I had run out of two of the medicines that I rely on. After explaining this point to the receptionist she once again only stated that it will be completed by the evening and nothing more. This presents a clear lack of care towards the health of their clients, a fact which I find to be totally disgusting.

Travel booked callef up was advised by reception to go in surgery andcfill form as info only can be given by nurse. No option to book apo. Went in was told within 2 days will get call .no call so called in again was then told the surgery wait time is 3 to 4 weeks .So i said all i need to know is tetnas or cholera still need or expired ...so i can go chemist have done. Without this i cant go and get done. Previously by phone simple info can be given .but not anymore..The service needs to look at common sense situations and access to this should be mandatory i When required for travel ect. The service of call back was promised by a manager and each time waiting kn call to be answered had made me feel whether the surgery needs to be monitored and the system to be monitored as staff are struggling to manage simple requests. Very saddend that the service has deterioated so much. The callback telephony service by Doctors is so much better .General nurse cintrol and teception needs to really think about the service for simple requests such as that i am asking. 3 to 4 weeks and yet no gaurantee of call back and the appointment to book with nurse should be there if notvable to check records by phone or even gojng to reception. With Id should be given.

Booking an appointment at this practice is an absolute disgrace. Serious action needs to be taken by the NHS management leads and practice management. If it is not waiting over an hour to speak with someone to only then be told all the appointments have gone and the next available is over a month away it is that the phone line is disconnected all together. It is an absolute shambles.

Trying to book an appointment or get a repeat prescription is very hard, receptionist tells me to phone up & order my prescription through the chemist, phone waiting time is long, cannot do repeat prescription through chemist. The worst medical experience I have had

Making an appointment with this surgery is a complete mess. They make you wait on the phone for 45 minutes for them to just cut the line. Once you do eventually call they can’t give an appointment because their system wont allow them, however can give appointments for 2 weeks later. The receptionist speak rudely and when I had asked for a complaints number such as PALs or even an email they apparently have no idea what that is. They requested me to come in an fill a form for a complaint and I said that wont be possible as I work from mon-fri and wont have time to come in. I then requested to speak to a team leader or a manager and apparently they have no management above to speak to. As I am someone who works in the nhs and understand how things work, the service provided was ridiculous. Would not recommend this practice as staff do not have the right training to handle a complaint or even have a manager to speak to.
