Thank you to dr mohammed Sohail for seeing my daughter. His diagnosis and his quick thinking saved my daughter from severe pneumonia. He saw her and straight away drew up a letter for her to be seen at A&E emergency. His quick thinking resulted her receiving antibiotics at a&e, she received drips and was on oxygen. So thank you Dr Sohail.

I recently visited The Drive surgery, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care I received. From the moment I stepped into the surgery, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, instantly putting me at ease. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I didn't have to wait long before being called in. The doctor I saw was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. Their bedside manner was impeccable, and I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire appointment. Additionally, the facilities were top-notch, with modern equipment and a focus on patient comfort. The entire process, from scheduling my appointment to checking out, was seamless and efficient. Overall, my experience at the surgery was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of medical care. The staff's dedication to providing excellent service and the doctor's expertise made me feel confident in choosing this surgery for my healthcare needs.

A big thank you to the amazing admin team who went above and beyond for me. I required an urgent appointment as was due to fly out and the team helped me to re-register with the surgery and book an appointment and get a prescription super fast. Thank you so much!

I have been register from this surgery from 2010 and all dr were so nice but one staff member lady i obv dont wanna mentioned name but already rude not with me with everyone and now i went to surgery for repeat prescription and for my temporary address change she denied to give appointmnet or talk anything straightaway she was like search any nearby surgery and i know its not like that even though many patients i know ho regsitered from this surgery living bit far away still regsiter from this surgery they have changed their address but that lady lit was rude and staff is now not overwhelming or friendly because many memebers has changed please look in to this many of need training about how to deal Thank you

From February 2023 till today I have been registered with this practice some 35 years plus but needed to use GP s services now after a stay in hospital When ever i needed to see the GP I was able to get an appointment and was seen very quickly All necessary information was given to me and referral to different hospital consultant s were made as needed The nurses are good The staff at the reception are very helpful They listen to your needs and promptly respond to your needs I had to see them urgently twice and they have accommodated my needs I needed blood tests for different reasons. I was provided all relvent blood forms All repeat medicine are given as I need them .I would like them to be all for 28 days so reordering becomes easy all medicine synchronised They are understaffed but still providing a very good service. Only improvement if it can be made is the addition of telephone lines to reduce the waiting time in the morning when you call the surgery.

Lead GP and her assistant helped me when I needed it the most. Also the process of referral was quick and I got my hospital and treatment appointment within the month.

The staff constantly put the phone down on when you have been waiting for over 30 minutes trying to get through. What is the point in having a telephone line with staff when they do not want to talk to patients who are sick and need attention from a doctor. The staff really need training on basic customer service and how to speak to Norma & vulnerable patients.

The drive surgery is an outstanding Practice my GP P G She has cared for me & my family for many years. I’m extremely confident with all the advice given. What some of the receptionists needs to understand is they work in an extremely sensitive surrounding, patients who are nervous, extremely unwell, mentally unwell, suffering from anxiety etc….so by not smiling and not welcoming them at the practice or putting the phone down doesn’t help. The 5 stars are definitely for My GP P G and few members of staff who always go out of their way to help, new receptionist is very welcoming and helpful. The booking system needs to be improved Also pre booking appointments for patients who work would be a great idea.

On the 7th of April 2022 the receptionist who booked me in for a morning same day face to face appointment with my GP was so kind, understanding and empathetic. The receptionist could hear I was emotional and I felt that their service really put me at ease and helped me to feel looked after. The GP also gave me time and although was a bit quick/dismissive at first after time I did feel listened to and all my options were explained to me.
