You can never have an appointment, doesn't matter how urgent is your need. You can call for days and days from 8 am and still will say i need to make sure I call next day, as no appointments. Treat you in a discriminating way, and show you very clear that you will never be any priority for them. Will put the phone down on you if you try to talk and explain something in a nice way, saying they are busy. The GP will document that pacient was informed of ant result but you will never know what your result was until after you chase the for months. I am in the process to register with new GP, as this surgery is very unsafe, not empathy or caring.

GP said that they prescribe my medication I need to the chemist, when I went to the chemist the medication was not even ordered from the surgery, live Chadwell expected me to walk to tilbury for treatment. always had medication was short upon collection for prescription. Never get through on the phone, always calling 111, and most of the time, Dilip Sabnis staff do not return your calls.

Just not sure what is going on with the doctors what they talk about isn't what they write down on notes properly. I've been treated like this before covid and so have my children they never listen
