    Had an ECG this morning and the lady was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She put me at my ease and spent time answering my questions. She was also helping a fellow colleague but it felt inclusive and I was included in the discussion. Very good experience.

    Spent 35 minutes in a queue to speak to someone. Finally got through only to be told it would take 11 days until we could get a telephone appointment to get blood test results. When we tried explaining to the receptionist that the dates she had given us were no good because we had a hospital appointments she became a very unhelpful and awkward.
