    I phoned Reception as a young lady a patient at this practice was in need of help. She had sore hands and a possible chest infection. I do not know this lady but could see she needed help. She had no phone. The Receptionist was most unhelpful and concluded by saying that she could talk to me for 10 years but still would not be able to help. The lady did not need an Ambulance just to see a nurse at the surgery. I am a Receptionist for a charity and l would never speak to someone in need of help the way this lady did. It happened today 6March at about 2.20 pm

    Dear Passerby Thank you for your feedback Following investigation, unfortunately due to the patient having a fall in the street we advised A & E for the safety of the patient. We are sorry you felt this was unhelpful. I will share your comments with the team. Kind regards Practice Manager

    I have been with this practice for many years. Receptionists are always polite, GP always listens, never feel rushed and explains things well. Practice nurse is lovely.

    I got told to ignore my missing periods unless I go a year with no periods which would be considered premature menopause, practice was extremely reluctant to do anything about the missing periods and was impatient and condescending on the phone. Did not end up having a blood test as the person doing it was extremely impatient and dismissive. Will not be coming here again. They are also extremely insensitive and impatient when it comes to mental health.

Patients are allocated a 10 min appointment slot for blood test and therefore if longer time is required this would need to booked at the time.     I have a great experience at this practise, being with them over 7 years, always getting service at the same day. Doctors are responsive and kind, always listen you carefully and taking quick action to provide the medical help you need. Reception ladies are lovely, very polite and friendly.
