   I have made calls to the reception inquiring my appointments, results and referrals and they have always been incredibly rude, hung up the phones a few times and had a really bad attitude. Not professional at all, they definitely need accountability as patient care is important and inquiring health matters should not leave patients feel worse than they did before.

   Patient care is below minimum, don’t expect anything, just pray that you will live another day. Gp do not listen (on regular) and generally just cannot be bothered. Inpatient and making stupid comments. I do not trust them, so I’m going to another surgery
