I’ve been with the practice for a couple of years, since moving into the area. I have had several health issues in the past year and feel very lucky to be under the care of the practitioners and staff. My experience has been a1 throughout. I was doubtful when the Klinik system was introduced, but responses are fast with the appropriate referrals made.

Contacted practice via new online Klinik application one afternoon, not especially urgent, received a phone call the next morning offering me a face-to-face appointment on that day.

Thank you for prescribing Antibiotics and responding so quickly to the Clinix request. The chest infection cleared up within the week.

This practice flabbergasts me in the this day of age when hearing from so many of my friends who have such dreadful times with their surgeries.. I wrote my ailments down on the new Klinik service at 10am, had a phone call back at 4 pm and an appointment was made for me at 10 am the next morning which I attended and received excellent treatment! The doctors and nurses here are all wonderful, as are the receptionists who go out of their way to help you in a warm friendly manner! I am so very lucky!

The Community Nursing Team have been exceptionally supportive to our service while supporting a Patient home from hospital. They are polite and nothing is to much trouble. It is so refreshing to gain the right support and not feel you are being a burden when needing health input for someone we are supporting. You are a credit to the practice, well done all. Incredible, dedicated team.
