   This is the second occasion where Ive booked a lengthy online consultation form and not received a call back within the timeframe mentioned. I have then had to chase for a call-back which has exceeded 3 days since initial request. This is so unprofessional, contact should be made within The stipulated timeframe especially as that call back is usually wrapped up within 2 minutes lest we take up any more of their precious time with our childrens ailments.

   I went to Surgery for my appointment. The Reception Manager greeted us with a smile. What a commendable reception! As soon as she knew I had open heart surgery for valve replacement and bypass etc, she came out of the office and helped me to sit on chair comfortably. She immediately got a glass of water for me. While waiting for doctor, she came out every 5 minutes to make sure I am comfortable and asked if I need any other help. When my turn came, she came out of reception, held my arm and took me to doctor’s room. So nice of her. I have been in retail business for all my life running multi million pounds business but have never came across such a wonderful person. I am very much hard of hearing and wear two hearing aids but she made it sure that I understand what she says. She is very kind, considerate, understanding, helpful, caring, sympathetic and goes extra mile to help you. I can’t understand how come people complain about reception staff. I will like her to nominate for the Best Office Manager of the year. Please let me know where to commend her. Please convey my kind regards and my message to her. God bless her and protect her.
