I have always found the receptionists particularly helpful. I had a recent dealing where 2 receptionists in particular went above and beyond and for that I am very grateful. In this day and age, we are all so quick to blame people but not quick enough to praise them, so thank you all.

Called for an emergency appointment for my son first thing this morning, spoke to a lovely and helpful receptionist and got an appointment for later that morning. When we arrived were seen almost straight away by a really friendly doctor who examined my son and treated him for his infection. I’m really impressed by this service! We are very lucky to have such a great doctors practice and I just wanted to say thank you to the reception team and doctors and nurses there as they are all really friendly and we’ve never had a bad experience when we’ve needed to visit.

Despite what someone said on the TV this evening blaming Barcellos for their own mistakes, my wife and I have exemplary service from the practice and they have saved my life on 2 occasions. My wife and I support you all the way.

Went for my flu jab on Sat 24 September at Barcellos Practice in Corbyn Avenue. Admin was superb - plenty of staff on hand to help and direct patients. Many patients attended, but things were so well organized that there was little/no queuing. Well done to everyone concerned - I hope these comments reach the practice.
