    I have been registered here for a few years now and have never had any major problems. I have mostly got an extremely prompt response to any requests. Any issues I have had, have been sorted out very quickly after a civilised conversation with reception staff. I have even recommended them to my parents and my daughters boyfriend.

    Hi I have a very bad experience with this closes to my home gp by 8 o’clock emergency appointment they answered their phone very difficult and most times they said we are fully booked even you stay for them to respond half an hour.I am still not good and all my allergy reaction tablets is finished an allergic cream. What day is it back to us tomorrow morning 8 o’clock as I call them today by 8 o’clock please investigate as I completed before too thanks for understanding the patient abuse

We have alternative ways to contact the surgery for prescription requests such as emails, online requests or written and left with the reception. This is all stated clearly on our practice website. We can see that you are no longer with our surgery and are sorry that you had a difficult experience with us.
