Sincere thanks to the kind, professional Receptionists, triage staff and GPs at the Adam Practice Hamworthy for their excellent healthcare under real pressure. I filled out a Form at the surgery on Friday for a friend and accompanied this friend to GP appointment yesterday, Monday. We were 40 minutes late going in and discovered, to our personal benefit, that the reason for this delay was because the GP was giving each patient the time needed to listen attentively, address each concern as being significant to "get the whole picture", and action the different types of health support needed. My friend and I cannot thank the staff enough for their excellent attentiveness to detail.
