Rude, unhelpful office worker and a sleepy, half dead receptionist at the front desk who was too busy on the phone to even acknowledge or ask a question or say a quiet hello. Wouldn't give me a registration from when asked and told me to do it online instead. No explanation or help in providing details how to. Both claimed they were doing registration for new patients online only. Finally found a badly printed copy of the form in the front desk and after being rude to me (turned her back to me and talked about me to the receptionist at the desk when I asked the receptionist a question, referring to me as her) handed the form finally. Again, no explanation or interest to help me fill the form in. Both busy on the phone... almost walked out and probably should have done but wasted time already and needed a GP so stayed and grinned and bore it! The receptionist looked like she needed to eat some food as she had no energy at all, could hardly speak and there was noone else in the surgery so can't claim she was too busy, tired or off her feet. Unless she's on a diet or fasting for religious reasons. All in all, terrible and rude. Avoid unless like me you're desperate for a GP!
