I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all of the staff who have really helped me with my three little ones this week. All three have a virus and the Swallowfield team ensured I was able to get an appointment for each of them throughout the week within a couple of hours of calling. The receptionists were so understanding, reassuring and friendly! My children were greeted by caring paramedics who were just brilliant. I felt so reassured that they were getting the best care. I felt listened to, not rushed and they were so knowledgeable about what to do to help my children get better. Thank you! A fantastic practice, always go above and beyond!

The best practise by far, the staff are always friendly, helpful and accommodating, from the top to the bottom. I have never ever had to wait long to see somebody, even the smallest of issues, they always willing to help. I can not fault the surgery at all. We bought a house in the surgery catchment area because we do not want to leave the surgery. The best "customer service" I have ever experienced with a Dr surgery. So professional yet everyone is so down to earth and approachable. OMG!! I just love this surgery. Thank you to all Swallowfield Medical Centre staff.

Called a few days ago to try and arrange a phone call from the doctor and was offered a face-to-face appointment that morning with the paramedic which I was not expecting. I was sent to RBH for tests as a precaution after the practice phoned ahead. Amazingly efficient, caring and informative at every step - you are all doing an excellent job during difficult times and should be thoroughly commended.

I had a short notice appointment as I had a severely swollen throat. I was seen by a paramedic who prescribed antibiotics. I asked if I could have this in medicine form as I am unable to swallow tablets. He duly informed me that medicine form is much more expensive than capsules and could I possibly not have capsules instead. I then told him I am unable to swallow sizeable tablets on any given day let alone with a swollen and inflamed throat. Fortunately the Dr signed off the prescription, which is always the case when I have been prescribed antibiotics in the past.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write this review. I am glad you were seen quickly and given the medication you need, in the formulation you can take. Unfortunately funding in the NHS is always an issue so we have to be mindful when prescribing medications in more expensive forms, but I am pleased we were able to help you: we always try our best. Just joined this Practice on recommendation of others and found it very friendly with excellent care and no trouble getting face to face appointments and always ready to listen to you and helpful receptionists, thank you
