They had contacted me trying to book the appointment not realising that it had already been booked. I confirmed with them that my appointment was for 4.30 pm on the telephone and drove to the practice. I was on time and confirmed my appointment with the member of staff on reception. She told me the doctor would see me soon. I waited an hour, watching numerous other patients see the doctor. I went back to the reception and was told my appointment was not until 6.30pm. I was unable to wait and had to leave.

I highly recommend this practice. Always able to get an appointment when needed and never had any problems. Reception staff is very kind, caring and helpful.

Receptionist was very patient and calm I was shouting and frustrated.she was listening ti mt patiently. She manged to calm me down and resolved my situation. I was seen by Gp n the end who also demonstrated kindness, patience and helpfulness ans compassionate. He also ook his to explain my concern and did the right referral with my follow up appointment.

Amazing attention to detail from all staff. Great service, with a quick and smooth experience. The receptionists were exceptionally kind and helpful.

Amazing staff, always able to get an appointment when needed. Doctors at the practice try their hardest to sort out my issues.

I join the practice since it open many years ago as my previous practice became hard to reach. Since then, I have never had an issue with booking appt, seeing the doctor and getting general help over the phone. I have always been treated with respect and care, just want you need when you’re not feeling well. The doctors have looked after me and given me every opportunity to explain my problems and discuss treatment, keeping my best interest at heart. I recommend this practice to anyone looking to join. The practice itself is clean and maintained well.. 5 star all around.

I would not change my GP practice even if I had to travel from across the country. Great service. Staff is lovely and help to the best of their capacity.

Rang the surgery and after being 59 minutes on the phone came to speak to reception and she answered and then put the phone down. I rang back and put on number 52 waiting. Reception need to training in curtesy in answering phones.

Having met the Nurse for my scheduled appointment I felt I was listened to. Very professional, patient-centered approached care. Keep up the good work!
