   No appointments available for routine care. Call before 8am for the same day which means no urgent appointments will take the space of urgent ones. You should be able to pre-book non urgent calls or appts. However, no appointments released so unable to book even 6 weeks ahead. Totally unacceptable level of patient care/service and creating a burden for themselves. Some common sense and preplanning would enable urgent patients to receive priority care and plan the routine work around that.
