  1. Review titled Can't fault the surgery at Dudlow Green

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I came this morning to make an appointment with a doctor, expecting a long delay. I was seen an hour later. The receptionists were superb, really helpful and went out of their way to assist me. Keep up the good work!

  2. Review titled 3 weeks wait

Rated 1 star out of 5

Tried to book an appointment, either phone or face to face. The earliest phone appointment was in13 days, the earliest face to face appointment was in 21 days. It's no wonder the A&E departments are full, but if you wait it won't be 3 weeks before you see a doctor.

Gave me hospital direct x ray department number, telephoned for appointment and was seenh within the hour can’t fault the service. Also easy parking at hospital. NHS at its best.

  4. Review titled Frustrating

Rated 2 stars out of 5

Tried to contact GP for appointment, a new patient at this practice this was my first contact , I had seen a pharmacist who advised contacting a GP, after a lengthy explanation to the receptionist I was told the next appointment was the following Tuesday. I said that this was not acceptable she advised to call again tomorrow or dial 111. I had been with my previous Warrington GP for 12 years and had never even during Covid been told I could not see or speak to a GP for over a week. I called again the next day and received a call from the nurse practitioner. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. Being advised to ring 111 is not the answer only passing the buck. The practice should look at other successful practices in the area and follow their model
