I have recently needed to be seen at Stow health and the doctor who spoke to me about my worries was just amazing, caring and understanding. She was very reassuring and listened to me and was very informative. This was Dr Mockridge.

Such a poor experience with this practice today, the gp was rude, condescending and dismissive of me, basically shoved me out of the door and told me to get on with it - spent most of my appointment telling me about her own sleep problems.

Stow Health is a fantastic GP surgery and so proactive. Everyone I have spoken to has always been incredibly caring, kind and compassionate. Staff seem happy it must be a very well run team. They are also very proactive in checking how you’re getting on, responsive and efficient. I have recommended the practice to several friends in the area who are registered elsewhere as this is the best surgery I have used since moving around the West Suffolk area. Thank you Stow Health :)

This surgery does absolutely amazingly in offering appointments, working in a cost effective way whilst providing fantastic customer care. The ask my gp is brilliant, they respond quickly, have a highly trained Physician Associate who is thorough, knowledgeable and strives to help you. I trust them with my health.

Are usually contact them via the ask my GP app and their response times are brilliant, in a matter of hours. They are the same day appointments, cancellations, and if you prefer to set a time they can also help you with this. The physical surgery is well laid out, reception staff are very friendly and the nurse is always on hand to help you.

Doctors for the last year and a half. I normally contact them via the ask my GP app and their response time is brilliant! They offer same day appointments, cancellations, and if you prefer to set a time they try and help you. When visiting reception, staff are very friendly, the layout is incredibly accessible and going into your appointment is seamless. The nurses are great here.
