I called this morning from 8 am after a long waiting time 30 minutes the receptionist said they don’t have any time slot and ask me to call back later afternoon. I asked what time I should call back she said anytime afternoon, she can’t give me a guide time ! But Last time I called about 1 pm they said they don’t save any time slot for afternoon! this Gp always try to send me to medical center. They don’t really help!

Have recently been attending weekly to see the nurse who changes my dressing after an open wound injury. Was told if anything changed I needed to get it checked immediately. Rang at 8am & got an appointment for 9.40am that morning. My wound was infected , so antibiotics prescribed. As always I am very happy with the care I receive , which gives me confidence that I am being looked after. In fact the last three months , I have attended the practice so many times with one thing & another , not normal for me, but always feel I trust the staff looking after my well being.

The doctor was amazing, kind and friendly - very thorough and did not feel rushed. Sent me for X-rays same day and was genuinely concerned about my well-being. The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable.

I always feel listened to when I approach the surgery, and am treated with understanding and great care. As a result my condition has vastly improved. I have great confidence in all the staff, and this also adds to my well-being. Well done in these pressured times for the NHS.

I have had a number of appointments recently. GPs and other staff have been helpful and friendly. Referrals to specialists, and for tests, have been made where required.

I called Monday morning and was given a face to face appointment at 9.30am that day. As usual received excellent care & attention , and felt listened to about my symptoms. After leaving the surgery, immediately picked up my prescription from the local chemist. What an amazing service. I feel very fortunate to be a patient at this GP practice , Doctors are very professional and receptionists are also very helpful. Even during difficult lockdown situations, their service was amazing.

This Doctors practice is run very professionally. The receptionists answer the phone in a timely manner and are always polite, friendly and helpful. The two resident doctors are very knowledgable and always listen to what we have to say. They take the time to explain things and answer all our questions. We feel very lucky to have them and would recommend them to any one looking to register with a new GP. Thank you for looking after us.

When I have had to contact my GP, everyone from Receptionist to Doctor have been professional, polite, and focused on delivering care in a timely manner. I have been so impressed with how the Practice have looked after me. Can't recommend highly enough.

I recently joined this surgery and cannot praise them enough. From the time I registered, the reception staff have been very helpful and the doctor had been both highly professional and caring in her approach. Following tests she recommended, she telephoned me with the results immediately, with ongoing treatment in place. Excellent in every respect.
