  1. Review titled Out of date, impersonal guidance

Rated 1 star out of 5

Disappointed with care received after contacting Dr regarding mental health postanatally and recommendation to start sertraline from perinatal mental health team. I received message responses that had mistakes in them, a few words long and were not helpful at all. Not taking into consideration the bigger picture of my mental health and the guidance from the mental health team, despite the gp receiving the letter from them. Seems to be following out of date advice and not actually considering the individual at the center of the issue. Unhelpful, unempathetic and disappointing. I hope this dr considers current guidance in supporting women postnatally with mental health, and reads the latest mbrrace report which highlights how mental health is one of the leading reasons of death in postnatal women, showing what an important area of postnatal care it is.

Been with the practice many years and always had a friendly, compassionate and very helpful service. Helped me get through a tough time with lots of help and compassion from all the staff.
