I have been involved in the care of an elderly person with multiple needs. The surgery have been so helpful and prompt contacting all relevant agencies and doing their utmost to meet the patients needs with kindness, respect, advice, support and practicality. Many thanks

Stonecot Surgery have supported my elderly parents with their specific health needs for some time. I cannot fault the patience, kindness and professionalism from all the team members, that my parents have received. Everyone communicates well and clearly and my parents have always been treated with kindness and respect, as well as treated to a high level. In today’s world there is significant pressure on all health service teams. Despite this pressure, my parents have always received good and exceptional care.

Extremely easy to get an appointment on the same day which was hardly a case with my previous surgery. Very cooperative staff at the reception desk and my Doctor is a wonderful man. I am sorry I do not remember his name, an English Gentleman and extremely helpful and very dedicated.

I came in today with my toddler son and the doctor (whose name I don't know) was so kind and really took the time to make us feel comfortable. I also got the appointment same day after having an earlier telephone consultation.
