3 different times now I have wanted to do a e consult only to find that they not accepting them. Try ringing and your about 15th in line This is not good, if they want us to do econsult then at least they should be accepting them how esle are we supposed to get in to see them Even if you go to the medical center they ask you to fill out a e consult what the point of having it on line then? I am disableded and find it very frustrating that i can not do an e consult when i need to

Despite the practice being very busy at the moment with current pressures on the NHS, they are very helpful. I put in an econsult for my daughter at 8am, call from nurse practioner at 10 am and reviewed in person, examined and given medical advice before lunchtime. absolutely amazing, given how busy they are. Thank you
