Health care assistant came to my house to take a blood sample as i am disabled. She also syringed my ears. This was all done very efficiently.Great to be able to hear again!She does an excellent job.

From January 2023 to June 2023 I have been investigated,diagnosed and treated for lung cancer, thanks to the staff and doctors at staveliegh medical, the cancer was found in the early stages. While moving on to other services to be diagnosed and treated, Staveliegh medical kept in touch with me. I felt supported, and was made aware of and offered, mental and emotional support, if needed. Thank you so much for your support and care, that helped carry me through the next few months.

I was sent here to be fitted with a 24 hour ECG machine. Have it fitted and less then 2 hours later the machine stops working becuase of a low battery. Phone up the next day to be told to bring it down and it would be sorted. Went down to the surgery to be told couldnt be fitted there and then would get a call back the same day. No phone call was recieved. So next day go back down and actually see the nurse to be told the machine would be fixed and she would call me back later that day. Some 3 days later still waiting for that telephone call. Tried ringing the surgery and closed yesterday for staff training. Today the phone is just ringing out. Apparently all calls are recorded for training purposes. Hope they are as this surgery is awful and I am glad it isnt my own GP surgery

Thanks for your feedback. We apologise that your experience was not up to your expectations. The ECG monitoring service is separate to the practice and a service which uses the practice facilities. Feedback will be passed on for reflection.

I have had to go to Staveligh medical centre a number of times to have 24hr ECG's fitted and will now be cancelling all further heart monitoring should they need to be fitted by the centre. The never open the door on time, today I was left in the rain till after my appointment time, and the nurses that its my ECG is cold and uncaring. I have severe fibromyalgia and an allergy to the the pads which causes great pain, yet she couldn't of cared less and scolded me on 2 account this morning.

I have recently contacted Staveleigh Medical Centre with a few different medical concerns. I have received prompt, professional and very good care from the medical and nursery staff. They do care for their patients well in my opinion.
