The person at the surgery reception who helped me was brilliant. She was friendly, attentive, ensured that I had the correct form for the test I needed, and afterwards called to remind me of a couple of other things I needed to attend to. Thank you.

Last two visits have been very efficient and helpful. It was easy to get the appointment and follow ups have been quick and effective.

Another excellent appointment with clinical pharmacist who has shown a empathetic and responsive approach over a number of appointments. He always takes time to explain issues and discuss options ensuring I have agency in my care. The experience with this member of the team has been exemplary. A credit to the practice.

The receptionist I am not allowed to name was very helpful when I visited the surgery to arrange a monitoring appointment. A courteous and responsive service.

I was very satisfied with my telephone appointment with a GP at Staunton today. The GP's approach was thorough and not rushed. He viewed my ailment in the wider context of me as a whole person, which is so important to me and is a marker of good care. I am so grateful to GPs like this who are committed to providing this kind of care to their patients despite the great pressure they and the service are under.

Appointment was made easily. My doctor was very approachable, easy to communicate and understand. I was generally very with the whole experience.

Doctors and pharmacists look after me and my heart condition with care and understanding. Vaccine updates are notified in good time. Referrals to cardiologist (for example) are comprehensive and efficient. The administration follow up likewise.

I have been with this practice for over 25 years,although i do not know any of the staff personally, there is always a smile and understanding of my needs doctors and especially nurses here are very friendly.thank you all.

I'm very happy that I was able to speak to GP pharmacist everything what I had in my mind. Very polite and she was very easy to talk to and she listened to me. Only one complaint about the appointment call time 09-15 would that be mad like 2 hour waiting? Today I waited 3 hours so not too bad but I'm very happy with the pharmacist.

The Staunton Group Practice team take time to listen to all my concerns , they gave me helpful suggestions to help lower my blood pressure and explained step by step how to Implement certain lifestyle changes just to name a few.
