    I was told to go to pharmacy on Wednesday as I have a uti. I was prescribed medication for 3 days and feeling worse. Called the drs and the receptionist called me back to say that the dr said to go to a&e….. unbelievable wouldn’t even talk to me over the phone

    Received a text from surgery requesting to call to make an appointment following recommendation from ent consultant. Appointment made and the gp asked why are you here and had to show text. Treated absolutely appalling. I had a stroke years ago which was only diagnosed in 2019 as no one took me seriously and had to insist to be referred to a neurologist. You should not treat anyone this way.

    My partner had to have a blood test on the 9th November at Ashford Hospital. He still hasn't received his results back almost 6 weeks later. I have called on his behalf every week & the answer is 'the doctor hasn't looked at them yet'. Also last week the receptionist told me that my partner had to speak to the doctor regarding his results which caused a bit of a panic. When i called to make him an appointment i was told January which is disgusting when you think it is something bad or to worry about. I then have phoned today to get a same day telephone appointment & i have been told (yet again) that the doctor hasn't even looked at his test. Considering what we were told last week this is just disgusting as myself & my partner have been worrying for a week! Terrible service & we will be moving to a different practice where you can get blood test results back sooner than 6 weeks & also not told incorrect information regarding your health.

    This Practice is like a sinking ship, I am sure half the time its running with no doctors there, as you can never see a real-life doctor, and the only ones in my experience when i was lucky enough to get a phone call was either a trainee doctor who had to keep calling me back as he kept saying he needed to ask his colleague or the Pharmacist. I can't remember when I saw or spoke to a doctor there. I have since left this Surgery after the terrible unprofessional service, and I cannot believe the 100% better service I am now getting in my new Doctors Surgery.

    I needed a blood test ordered by my cardiac consultant. You told me to make an appointment at Ashford hospital as you no longer undertake blood tests. After a struggle online I was given an appointment in five weeks time. This is totally unacceptable.

    Your told to call at 08.00 for appointments, so you do that, i called dead on 08.00 and was on hold for 38 minutes then a message came on saying there are no appointments lest for today. How can this be when you have called at the time you were informed to call.

    Seems to be slowly getting worse. This is a shame as I have been registered since the mid 1980s. Am not happy with my treatment, particularly by reception. Whilst I appreciate they are sometimes under the cosh they could at least be civil and polite. Sympathise with them but politeness costs nothing. Also, how do you message surgery?Going to your website clicking on message and be told page is switched off whether you are there or not!
