I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from the reception staff at Stanmore Car Park Surgery. The mannerisms and professionalism displayed were well below acceptable standards. Firstly, the lack of online or phone services is highly inconvenient for patients. Having to physically visit the surgery to reorder medicines is outdated and impractical, especially in today's digital age. Despite my efforts, including a personal visit to the surgery, my medication reorder was mishandled. After waiting for a week and visiting the pharmacy, I was shocked to discover that my order had not even been processed by the surgery. The sheer irresponsibility and lack of care demonstrated by the staff is unacceptable for a medical center. Patients rely on such facilities for essential healthcare services, and the service provided falls far short of expectations. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the management to address the issues and improve the quality of service at Stanmore Car Park Surgery.

The Klinik site for contacting the surgery is off line more than it is on! A complete shambles which needs to be addressed. Different doctors are contacting me for tests with the left arm not knowing what the right arm is doing. A complete overhaul of the systems/support staff is long overdue.

Had a recent appointment cancelled by the surgery due to staff illness but no offer of an alternative appointment. Requested to call back to re-arrange but unable to get through.

If you have such difficulties reaching us by telephone in future you can use the online platform (Klinik) to submit a message, or you may wish to try telephoning at quieter times of the day (afternoons). Issues about the service can be emailed (haroccg.e84057@nhs.net) and addressed to the Practice Manager who can look into individual circumstances/cases.
