    Phoned surgery and got a call back from the receptionist. Explained problem and was put on call back from GP . Professional service and satisfactory outcome. Very happy with everything today . Thank you to all concerned.

    The surgery has moved to a new system called Amina. I thought it was difficult to get an appointment before but my goodness, it is now impossible. I logged on continually for a week for the 3 time slots of 7am, 8.30am & 9am. I had no joy, I rang, I even popped into the surgery & still no joy. I wanted to check if a doctor could possibly prescribe some Ibruleve 10% as I am waiting for a hip replacement & currently have bone on bone rubbing, along with a cyst on my hip. As far as I’m concerned the surgery has a care of duty & I fail to see how the surgery is providing this. At least with Doctrin you would be able to receive some reply from someone medical, which quite frankly i don’t think is too much to expect. I urge the surgery to please rethink of easier ways to be able to talk to someone medical. Failing that shut the surgery as it is not fit for purpose.

    I am grateful and happy with the response to my concerns. Team work and communication between doctor and nurse have resulted in a positive outcome. Thank you to those people. I have been listened to and I’m happy with that . Very important to be heard . Those members of staff are excellent at their jobs.

    This practice use to be a good one, until 4 months ago. Now since they open the new part of the Gp the quality of services wen down a lot. Before I use to wait in the cue for a doctor call back maximum for couple of minutes now I need to wait between 30 to 40 min to get some one who usually it’s very rude too. Today I just try and after wait 35min on the cue the receptionist could not answer my question and she tried to get my details to book an doctor call back. She could not hear me clear as they phone was properly with bad connection and after asked me for the second time she turn off the phone. Putting me again on the cue with 18 people in front of me. Completely unacceptable, the NHS workers keep saying the NHS it’s running with money from foundation etc… but I’m one of the residents here paying and extortion of taxes every month and getting this terrible service during my pregnancy, this it’s the time I most need them and they let me down day by day. They keep saying we need to treat the staff with respect but they spit on us. Can some one do something about this and let me known.
