   I tried to use self check in but it didn’t work for me so I stood in front of the receptionist. She totally ignored me and carried on with her work. I then sat down and thought the nurse would call me in on my actual time. The nurse took other people in but I sat there for half an hour or so. I needed to get back to work feeling very disappointed

   Just had a health check with one of the nurses, my appointment was on time, nurse was very efficient, really pleased with the whole experience, excellent service
