I had my first cervical screening today with a nurse at this practice. I felt apprehensive beforehand, to say the least. The nurse made me feel at ease with her lovely and calm nature and talked me through the process before. She made me feel dignified during the swab. I felt so listened to and supported the whole time as she addressed all my worries. She even booked me in for the contraception appointment that I needed which was a huge relief and weight off my shoulders. So I'd like to say a huge thank you to her for making my first smear test pleasant and I truly believe that if everyone had someone as compassionate this nurse they would no longer dread their cervical exams.

Some of, not all of the team are fantastic, compassionate, go above and beyond to fulfil their role as caring individuals. Nothing is too much trouble for some of the staff at this surgery, always able to get an appointment either face to face or telephone. Repeat prescriptions are always done and on time. I for one would not leave the surgery due to the compassion, consideration and gratitude I recieve as a parent or a vulnerable child. Thankyou team for being supportive and always at the end of the phone.

The girls who work behind the scenes and sort out prescriptions are fantastic, have a lot of empathy, compassion, consideration and considerate! Always go above and beyond. Thankyou prescription team!

The receptionist team were outstanding and have been on previous visits. They checked what need to happened due to my issue. Went above and beyond
