    Amazing doctors, very thorough. Can always get an emergency appointment for my children. My husband is deaf and they make access to booking appointments very accessible. Back to using the My GP app for appointment bookings now since Covid, which is great. Highly recommend, been using for 8 years.

    I have been Saint Mark's for over 4 years and while CoVid changed the GP landscape for many, this practice has always gone the extra mile for its patients. As such, it can get very busy and getting through on the phone on a Monday morning can take a little while but, this is no different from many if not all all other GP practices currently. The Reception team are always working flat out and still find the time to polite while being efficient. The GPs are all caring and considerate, taking the time needed to provide excellent care, over the phone or face to face. I can't recommend the team here highly enough for the consistently high standards of care they provide in a very busy service. Thank you!

    I had a item prescribed from the dr went to my local pharmacy and they have said it was discontinued where there is reasons for the item. At the reception there was a rude disrespectful receptionist who told me go to another pharmacy they will give it, where there I felt no patient care because the item they have stopped it for reasons and they wanted me to go somewhere else, instead of them changing it to an alternative, terrible Customer Service, the way they have treated me and not taken me into consideration has made me feel that now I am changing my Dr surgery to somewhere else. The pharmacy was very helpful advised me the best solutions also helped me to get through to the surgery. They have terrible service over the phone, do not introduce there name no good afternoon or anything, Customer Service needs to improve

  4. Review titled Good but reception never answer calls

    This is an excellent surgery with great doctors. The difficulty is getting through to reception as the staff are always too busy to pick up calls. When you do manage to get through (rare) the staff are very helpful and the service is good. Most times (for anything) I have to present in person at the surgery even to collect a letter as you just can't get through on the phone. This area seriously lets the whole surgery down as the doctors are excellent. They staff know of the problem around the available resources for the reception in call handling as do the partners and office manager but there seems little resolve in sorting this problem out. What a shame that will be flagged at the next inspection I strongly suspect.
