The lady at the reception was extremely helpful. She guided me through the registration process and responded to all my queries very nicely.

I was concerned getting an appointment for my elderly Grandmother, who has memory problems. We needed to be extremely tactful, however I should have had no worries at all. Colleague who dealt with me over the telephone several times was spot on, and totally understood the predicament I was in. She liaised with Dr perfectly, and the result was the perfect Dr's appointment. Staff were great, and Dr was brilliant, and totally got the gist of the appointment, without worrying my nan. Top work both. Thank you (Apologies it won't let me name the staff specifically)

Was newly diagnosed with type2 diabetes, the receptionist was extremely helpful in helping me find the equipment and re ordering I needed.

I found the clinical team excellent, they are extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. They also have lots of facilities on site which is very good. I got an appointment same day and I was treated with respect.

Thank you for your care today, it was great that the practice was able to do the blood test for my Dad, and reassure him as he was getting a bit anxious this morning! You help me as a carer to manage a range of health conditions with Dad and it is much appreciated.

I phoned for an appointment for my 7 year old daughter. Whilst there was initially no appointments available, the doctor phoned back and I explained the issues. The doctor agreed to see my daughter between appointments. The doctor trusted me that I know my daughter, and knew she wasn’t well, especially when checking her over. Excellent advice and support from the doctor concerned.

Checked in for my appointment this morning. Sat waiting for a few minutes only to be told that the Practice Nurse had asked me to rearrange. No explanation, a very apologetic Receptionist and no appointment. Very odd

Trying to phone, goes to a menu to pick from, whatever you pick the waiting time is appalling, tried twice both times gave up after 25 mins then 28 mins, god help anyone in an emergency, whole set upneeds overhauling

The wait time in the waiting room as well as in the examining room was not long at all. Pleasant staff and they took the time to listen and didn’t rush through things. Overall great experience! All the employees were professional and so very kind. Thank you!

Trying to get an appointment for an elderly woman is impossible, can't get through by phone because they're too busy and in the afternoon too late to get an appointment for that day and they refuse to make an appointment for anytime in the future, they don't seem upset at not being able to help an 82yo woman who is half blind and ridden with cancer... Disgusting surgery, worst in town!!!
